Gorwydd Caerphilly is a traditional mature, hand-made Welsh Carphilly, made from un-pasteurised milk and GM free rennet. It has a delightfully full, fresh flavour with a firm and creamy texture, and a natural rind and has won many awards including Best Welsh Cheese at both British and World Cheese Awards. Won Best British Cheese at World Cheese Awards 2005.
