The business was established in 1998 and abides by the old fashioned methods of rearing Pedigree Gloucester Old Spot and Berkshire pigs as well as Tamworth cross pigs and wild boar crosses. All reared on natural foodstuffs and with no artificial additives, ensuring slow matured meat. Sausages, gammon and bacon are available in vacuum packs along with traditional dry cured Welsh bacon, faggots. Free range eggs are also available.
