La belle Rouge

La Belle Rouge produce an artisan ice-cream made from the milk of water buffalo grazing the pastures of West Wales. The water buffalo milk and cream are combined with organic egg yolks, sugar, a little salt and nothing else to provide a delicious treat. It is ideally complemented by our fruit coulis, a pour-on fruit sauce.
