A small farmhouse business producing handmade specialty ewes milk and cheddar cheeses, which include Acorn, Skirrid and Lady Llanover. Our specialty cheddar cheeses include Caws Aberaeron, and Monks of Strata Florida, (laced with alcohol). The ewes milk from our own flock. All cheeses are suitable for vegetarians.
