Y Felin produces flour as it did in the time of the monks of St Dogmaels Abbey, harnessing the power of water to turn the wheel. You can take a guided tour around the mill and watch this traditional method of producing flour, then enjoy our home-baked bread and cakes in the adjoining tea-room.
