Long established free range egg producer & wholesaler serving the whole of Wales for over 35 years. All eggs produced are from hens fed on a GM free diet and are RSPCA freedom food monitored. Thus producing eggs to the highest standard of welfare and hygiene. All hens kept in small flocks. The highest responsibility is paid to environment and consumer concerns.

We produce fresh eggs on our family farm from a carefully maintained unit. All chickens are vaccinated against salmonella to provide a safer and healthier product. Free-range eggs also available.

Sue and Roger launched Caws Celtica’s range of ewe’s milk cheese in December 1999 and more recently, ewe’s milk ice-cream. They have subsequently won a phenomenal number of prestigious awards including five gold medals and Best Welsh Cheese on two occasions.

A small family run farm specialising in the production of traditional Welsh Butter, Cream, and Farmhouse Fudge, using milk from our prize winning Jersey Herd. The cows graze our peaceful green fields and our products are sold all over Wales.

Gorwydd Caerphilly is a traditional mature, hand-made Welsh Carphilly, made from un-pasteurised milk and GM free rennet. It has a delightfully full, fresh flavour with a firm and creamy texture, and a natural rind and has won many awards including Best Welsh Cheese at both British and World Cheese Awards. Won Best British Cheese at World Cheese Awards 2005.

Our Ice Cream is processed using fresh milk from our Santa Maria Dairy Herd, then mixed with the sweetest fresh fruit and the finest ingredients from Italy.
